Wywy Group was established in 1970s by Dr Wong Yip Yan. The Group was one of Asia’s largest non-real estate conglomerates with businesses in office automation, consumer electronics, telecommunications, entertainment centers, family-style restaurants and investments.

Teaming up with his brother Dr Wong Yip Chong’s family, the Group expanded its expertise to include a diverse, architectural design award winning real estate portfolio ranging from hospital, conservation shophouses, landed and non-landed housing and commercial developments. Its latest being freehold, prime, high-end Oei Tiong Ham Park Residences (residential) and Crown At Robinson (commercial). The Group’s real estate capabilities are in investment, conceptualisation and management of the project, construction, sales and marketing, and property management.

Headquartered in Singapore, the Group’s focus is global financial investments.
